Chicken and Char Siew Noodles

💚🍜😘 One of my favourites from the place! It has #friedchicken and #charsiew topped over #noodles with #tofu and #mixedvegetables 🐓🐖🍜🥬 The fried “chicken” is the #crispy and saltier of the 2, while the “char siew” is the slightly sweeter one of the 2. Both are really delicious #texturedprotein which are great textures that keep the dish interesting AND the noodles!!!!! They have such a great bounce and chew and with the right amount of sauce — reminds me of the wanton mee sauce that i used to have in #hongkong 🇭🇰 10/10 + it is at a coffee shop which is quite reasonable in price 😊
