Cheezymite scroll

This is a vegan take on the Australian "cheesymite" scroll, beloved by kids everywhere. They are normally just white rolls but this was brioche, so doesn't quite nail the savoury style, IMO. I also feel there could've been a bit more Vegemite. Yes I know, it's a strong taste and doesn't need much but I could barely detect it at all 😬

A brioche dough with a vegemite/cheesy blend. The outer crust had a sweet crispness versus the soft inside. A tad on the $$ side.
