cheesy potato skins

It's been a birthday 🎂 tradition to head up to Cleveland Vegan for brunch so we of course headed up north ❄️ over the weekend! We first ordered their buffalo potato skins a few years ago, but these cheesy ones were way better. The potato skins were super crispy and filled with creamy mashed potatoes and vegan cheeze. Absolutely delicious! They were then drizzled in delicious sour cream. These were so filling and hearty and had so much flavor. I loved the touch of green onion.
