Cheesecake Sopapillas

I really enjoyed this dessert. The cheesecake filling was creamy and not overly sweet and the dough was light and flaky. It's not served hot nor cold (room temperature) which tastes yummy but I warmed mine for a few seconds (I ordered take-out) and it was even yummier.
