Cheese Quesadilla with Vegan Chicken

This is under their Keiki (Child) part of their menu, so it’s very simple. No sides, and just ketchup for dipping. They have a 2-for-1 deal, so I also got Notzarrlla sticks, which has a lot more gooey cheese than the quesadillas. I also got a drink, and even with a freebie, total came to about $24 (including tax and tip). Still a bit much, so I made it go further by dividing the quesadillas and sticks into four and adding my own sides that I already had at home, lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, vegan sour cream, guacamole, and hot sauce, so this serves as 4 meals for me. This turned out to be very hearty. I wouldn’t select this again if eating there, but for taking home, not bad. Everything here is vegan, and there are so many choices.
