
I don’t know how I feel about this side. I love broccolini but this was FAR from charred. Also there was only one piece of chili and the only flavor that was present was salt. Overall, it was alright but nothing revolutionary.
Brocollinis are long broccolis!! This plate of broccolini was average, it ranks well in your standard seared vegetable category. But the menu at Publico could do with more vegan or vegan modifiable options – given that they did provide the acronyms on the menu for both option.
I like the stalks a lot! Want to know where I can get this in HK!
When you're vegan sometimes it's all about the sides. And I have to admit, the sides are usually a great deal and super filling anyway, especially when it comes to Italian restaurants that usually have pretty good portions. Publico's charred broccolini with chilis and toasted breadcrumbs is amazing. It's a highlight every time I'm there and even better when they do their broccolini pizza special!
