Charcoal Grilled Asparagus

I really like the whole dish! The asparagus and goma blends together beautifully 😍

The grey sauce is miso sauce and it was delicious. The spring onions went very well with this dish. Neon Pigeon is one of those few restaurants in Singapore that’s great for date night or night out with friends and also offers lots of vegan options at the same time. However, I was a bit sick of eating just vegetables after vegetables (coated in exotic sauces ) by the end of the night. If they could explore vegan tapas using carbs like potatoes, rice, grains etc. I would come back again.

This was my pick of the dishes. Big, chunky spears of asparagus glazed in an extremely tasty miso sauce.
