Char siu (pork) bao

These are so good!!! They’re so amazingly fluffy & the veg meat is so good!! (The best I’ve ever had). When I first tried them I thought the taste & texture was a bit too real & was scared to eat it but the taste is so good I couldn’t resist! I think the veg meat is mushroom-based, but I’m not quite sure.

Delicious! Was not expecting it to be so similar to the real thing. Good texture and sauce, soft fluffy buns.
