Cereal Oyster mushroom

Delicious!!!!! Had it for the first time and it’s my new favourite dish. Mushroom was buttery and crisp - but still very mushroom-y (like I wasn’t just eating air/batter). Cereal wasn’t too sweet. Will definitely come back for this.
