Cauliflower Shawarma

We finally had the chance to sit and savour 2 of the Middle Eastern home made dishes that « Pois Chiche » serves, after having had this restaurant on my list for so longgg. 😮‍💨 Given that we were very hungry we chose to start our meal with one of the Flatbreads, which are wraps made of Lebanese bread filled with a fresh salad mix, a sauce, and a filling of choice. In this ´Cauliflower Shawarma’ the Lebanese bread is really a treat. Thin, soft and perfectly toasted while filled with some of the best fried, crunchy cauliflower bits ever. Combined with a fresh salad mix of green salad, slices of cucumber, some red cabbage and tarator sauce, the taste of which reminded me of hummus, this Flatbread was delicious in each bite. Very fulfilling and refreshing. 10/10 🤭 The Flatbreads all have different prices, this one costs €9,40.
