Carrot Cake

You can take one look and tell this dessert was made with love, a big sloppy homemade chunk of cake displayed by the register. Grab one. Take it with you. I did. The frosting is light and sweet and although the top is sprinkled with raisins, I haven't encountered any in the cake itself, a bonus for me. The cake is light and moist, finishing with a sugary sort of crunchy texture. I tried to hide the rest of it in the fridge for later but I already hear it calling my name.
