Cardoncello

If you are visiting Tenerife, visiting Buenavida in Adeje is a must. This is a mushroom. This would be my must-to-try if you are a mushroom lover, which I am. Definitely my favorite meal here! I love the texture of a mushroom and this one was so nicely cooked so the texture wasn't destroyed. This is a cardoon mushrom from a near by town ( I guess that is where it grows). It is served with white beans (I love beans!!!!) and leaks cream. Cream was so good. You also get crispy kale chips. 10/10 16 Euros (on December 2024)
