Cardamom Coconut Panna Cotta

Vegan panna cotta is not easy to find, so I had to try this! It’s denser in texture than the real pannacotta but the flavour was amazing. The presentation and the chocolate ganache with the fresh fruits and raspberry coulis completed the dessert.
