Carbonara

Recently visited with a small group of friends following a recommendation from a vegan friend. A non-vegan friend had this dish and said it was very bland with “nothing happening at all”! I doubt we’ll be back too as the whole place was very subdued for a Friday night. Shame as it’s a lovely little rooftop but the staff seemed completely uninspired too

Loved the cream, didn’t like how there was too much broccoli in it! Especially for a broccoli hater like me... haha! But the texture was good!

Carbonara - cashew cream, mushroom bacon, cauliflower, broccoli . This dish was really creamy and very satisfying, it bought back memories of childhood (non-vegan) carbonara which is my favourite and it's been very hard to find a good alternative. This one comes pretty close! Could do with more mushroom bacon and broccoli though.
