Caramel Lamington

Caramel is a fun spin on the usual vanilla sponge and jam lamington! This caramel one is the only usual vegan flavour on Tokyo Lamington's menu (except for limited edition lamingtons). They do also have vegan mylk for drinks, cookies, and onigiri (sadly sold out when I visited). Also sadly this lamington was marred by that characteristic freezer flavour gained from an extended period in the chillest fridge regions. Otherwise, this concoction of caramel sponge, caramel creme and choc crumb coating would've been fairly awesome. #lamington #cake #caramel #sweettooth
