This was perfect. The barista really knew what they were doing when they made this cappuccino. Usually with oat milk, nobody knows how to cream it properly and 99% of the time it comes out like milkshake bubbles or worse, a millimetre of slightly agitated milk on top. But not here. This was silky smooth and THICK. And, the barista asked if I would like either cocoa or cinnamon on top. Today I felt like cocoa powder. And giving them my own cup to use was no problem at all. And best of all, there was no vegan milk tax! This coffee set my morning off to a great start.
