Update November 2024* I really like this sandwich at Vidasbutcher. I reviewed this when Vida's first opened, but the sandwich has totally changed since then. I really liked it before, but I like it even better now. I always love #avocado This now has thinly sliced seitan turkey vs. the thicker pieces, and the avocado slices were replaced with a delicious avocado cream sauce. It also has fresh locally grown microgreens, blistered tomatoes, housemade cheddar cheese (They were out of provolone) locally sourced sourdough bread. The taste is great. The sandwich itself is a good size and around $11 which is a good value. #veganfortheanimals #abillionlove #veganisnotscary #veganprotein #veganproud #delicious

Absolutely delicious. 10/10. I would eat this every day if I a) could afford it and b) did not have someone who would tackle me to the ground and prevent me from driving all the way to Columbus to buy it. And, yes, I will drive this far for a fully vegan menu just to order the same thing every time and a side of Mac & Cheese. The first time I had it, I believe it was topped with some really tasty mustard. The second time was mustardless. I feel sad about the mustardlessness, but it was still absolutely phenomenal. I will simply rob them of their mustard next time I visit.

The sourdough bread was amazing. Loved the blistered tomatoes as well. I think the texture of plant based slices is still new and it’s totally different than meat. Very good though!

Tried the Californian today. It's a turkey and avocado with sprouts and tomatoes with mozzarella cheese. I really liked the bread choice, especially with the slight toast to it. This was a nice combo of flavors and very filling.

Carl was so awesome and love his new shop! I loved this sandwich and my favorite out of the 3 I tried. It has Turkey slices, provolone, avocado and blistered tomatoes. It has so much flavor. I would recommend and will definitely be back soon. #veganisnotscary
