Cajun Tofu Burger

Soft cajun spiced tofu on a lightly toasted bun topped with fresh lettuce, tomato, Follow Your Heart®️ cheddar, and vegan mayo. I wasn’t sure what to expect from a soft tofu-based patty, but this light and flavorful lunch could not have been made better! The tofu held together well and was not messy to eat like some other plant-based patties. A delicious, affordable meal that I cannot stop raving about — the burger was only $6! Moreover, the staff at LUHV were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Their “LUHV” for the community really shines through, especially during this pandemic. The interior of this bistro is ingeniously set up to minimize contact and maximize social distancing. I felt incredibly safe, comfortable, and respected as a customer. Thank you for everything, LUHV!
