Cairo Crunch Whole Wheat Burger

32nd Avenue is one of the cool places in town, and I was chuffed to see an all-veg establishment there 😃 They indicate for all sorts of nutritional information (including S for signature 😏), and the absence of dairy is implied to mean vegan 😅 I really really liked this #wholewheat #burger, even though I had been diffident at first. I usually need a meat or fish patty that is as realistic as possible, but the most substantial thing that this one contained was #sweetpotato #falafel 😬 The heft actually came from the #iceberg #lettuce and the oddly unsour #sauerkraut, while the #hummus and the #papaya concasse did wonders for the texture. A soft burger that is easy on your dining implements and your molars, and pretty accessibly priced (given the postcode). Thumbs up for sure! 👍
