Burrito Bowl with Seitan Carnitas

The only ingredient that is different compared to the other burrito bowl I posted before is the protein. This time we tried the seitan carnitas which is vegan shredded “meat”. It was pretty great! But in my opinion the impossible chorizo was significantly better. Still the bowl is completely amazing!!
