Burrata bliss

BURRATA BLISS Summer in a salad. INGREDIENTS: Arugula, Romaine, Corn Succotash, Vegan Burrata, Red Pepper, Cucumbers, Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, Lavash Chips, Pesto, Red Wine Vinaigrette. [Contains: Gluten, Soy] IEnjoyed the flavor of the salad. There were a lot of different things going on with the corn and the pesto and it was all very good the vegan burrata in the middle it was delicious but they could’ve had a little bit more because it was so so good. The only complaint I have is that the pieces of arugula were very big and hard to kind of chew and a salad so I wish they had just maybe chop them up a little bit it would’ve made it better because everything else was small pieces and then these big chunks of arugula but that being said I really did enjoy the salad
