Burnt Miso Hummus

It was so good - the burnt miso really complements the hummus.

Opened by celebrity chef Bjorn Shen, this place is very popular and the first time we walked in without a reservation we were turned away because it was full. Spotted a couple of veg options on the menu which included this hummus. The miso added a nice umami flavour and I especially loved the blackcurrants which helped to balance the rich taste of the hummus. Food here is quite pricey $$$ but everything we ordered was delicious! Will return for the desserts which looked interesting but we were too full to have any. #animalplace #hummus #artichoke #middleeastern
