Burnt Brussels Sprouts (Veganized)

Wow! $12.80 for such a big plate is pretty worth it, given how expensive Brussels sprouts are here and the uniqueness of the dish. Be sure to ask them to omit cheese to veganize. 2 people shared it and there was a generous amount for each - so much veggies! It was fried I think, nice crispy savoury outside. Sprouts were slightly bitter themselves but the whole preparation was a delicious snack full of veggies, albeit fried. They don't have many vegan options here but the service is good and they're transparent about what items are vegan. #veganisnotscary
