Buffet

Piatto a buffet con cosine varie di tutti i tipi: falafel, diverse crocchette e polpettine di legumi e cereali, seitan al forno, tofu strapazzato alla curcuma, pastina di tofu affumicato e carote, funghi alla panna, insalata di patate e molto altro. L'offerta è strepitosa, vi consiglio solo di stare attenti alla quantità (il prezzo va a peso), questo piatto costava quasi 40€, maledetti svizzeri.

Hiltl buffet is always top. There is so much choice of cold and warm meals and all is fresh and delicious. I am always satisfied after eating there.
