This is a fairly new item added to the Zammy’s menu. Today I have it a shot.
This burger is made with a Zammy’s burger patty, spinach, tomato, house seitan, egg, cheese on a toasted brioche bun. There is a maple mustard sauce you can get but I forewent the sauce since I have a habit of getting drippy burger when eating.
As you can see, this burger is stacked! I would not recommend trying to drive while eating this….take from that what you will. The seitan had a Smokey flavor to it which enhances this sandwich. The egg is good but for those who are used to eating regular eggs, they will note a difference in texture. But those are ones who I consider closed minded and not open to trying new foods. The cheese was nice and melty over the burger which adds to the fresh off the grill taste.
Overall, this is a good burger to enjoy either for breakfast, brunch or lunch.
