Broccoli with Black Fungus

I can’t eat all that dim sum 🥟 with a serving of veggies 🥦 If you haven’t had black fungus before, it has a distinct, almost rubbery texture. Tasteless on its own, so it absorbs the flavours of seasonings quite well. This is sautéed with some sesame oil. #broccoli #broccolilover
