Broccoli Monkey Head Mushroom 西蘭花猴頭菇

I may be getting a little ahead of myself, albeit not #monkeyhead, posting a #throwback a day before #throwbackthursday 🤭 We had this #gawai last year and again last week when dining as a family. I love #broccoli and I just cannot get enough of #hericiummushroom 🐒 It’s plated beautifully both in-store and as a #takeout — though they charge RM1.20 for the larger takeout container 🥡 I encourage this 🙌 I just don’t have a large enough stojo 🙈 The base tastes to me like #oystersauce but they make no mention of it. It’s just a really nice braise of #mushrooms and a whole tonne of #broccoliaddict delight 😋 This serving was RM40 for a medium and unlike every omni place remains unchanged in the past 6 months!
