SPICY ALERT!!!
After being bored with South Indian dishes in the food count this is in wanted to try the newly opened food stall. East Asian veg dishes are mostly vegan by default but still asked them if noodles they use is of egg base, if the ingredients contain panner(cottage cheese) went with this dish after they said no.
Even though i am a regular hot ramen eater just the smell and colour of this dish made me feel scared for my throat and eyes. First sip of the soup itself rewired my brain with amount of flavours it has. It’s hot, spicy, sour and everything else except sweet. After few sips got adjusted to this and started liking it. Noodles are well cooked and soft. There are not many ingredients but the ones in this are good for ramen. Quantity is good for one person.
Go for it if you’re up for scary but new experience. I am definitely going there again to try their fried rice and other vegan ramen options especially on a rainy night!!! #vegan #veganisnotscary #hotmess #veganfood #ditchdairy #dairyfree
