Breakfast Tofu Bowl

This bowl comes with tater tots, Just Egg scramble, plant based sausage crumbles, tofu, vegan cheese shreds, and “vegetables of the season,” which were carrots and green peppers. Unfortunately I don’t like green peppers, so I didn’t enjoy this bowl as much as I thought I would. The tofu also tasted like green peppers, so I didn’t like that much either. However, I did enjoy the other components of this bowl. The sausage crumbles were very flavorful, and the tater tots were cooked perfectly. This was also a large portion.
