Breakfast Bagel (Torta de Garbanzo)

On Saturday I went to try this place called Simple Fresh Eatery. They have some vegan options for breakfast (and lunch too!) This bagel was delicious and super filling! It had a chickpea omelette, vegan cream cheese spread and arugula.
