Onto the dish 👉🏼 YUMMMMMM!!! A boudin, hold your stomach for the explanation, is originally a blood sausage. Meaning it’s made from blood 🩸(often from the pig), lard and rye. (Wtf 😶).
LUCKILY Oh!Ma has made a DELICIOUS vegan version! 😋🤤 Tasted very much like the animal version…. I know that sounds like a bad thing cause the ingredients sound disgusting, but I must admit I did like the taste pre-vegan times 🥲 With some mustard on the side, this was a perfect appetizer! 😋
