BKT barley risotto

i like this barley risotto is much more that the traditional kind. the different textures of the dish are awesome

This risotto was very unique! I loved the sauce and the radish and peanuts added a delightful crunchiness to the dish.

i loved the light sauce/broth with drops of garlic oil. little pieces of radish and garlic chips add a nice crunch and the addition of slightly sweet braised nuts was also very interesting and tasty. amazing and innovative dish!
