Bizcocho De Chocolate

This #chocolatecake is #chocoholic heaven!! Just look at that moist, dense cake topped with chocolate sauce and decorated with chocolate covered rolled wafers. The edge of the piece was cakey and the middle had a pudding-like filling. Pure bliss, and quite a bargain these days at just 3€ a slice!! This is the first time we have been back to this eatery since it changed hands in 2022. It has become a more of a vegetarian spot with cheese on almost all the mains, which can be veganized. This chocolate cake recipe has been maintained though I have to say I liked it better with the previous owners, was more chocolatey and dense, if you can imagine that! It is a cozy spot with friendly service and a nice #seaside view overlooking the port. Tarta del día incluida en uno de los menús del desayuno. La de este día era de chocolate y estaba espolvoreada con azúcar glass y una cobertura algo crujiente. A pesar de que me pareció que estaba algo dulce, era deliciosa y sencilla. La porción era pequeña, me hubiese gustado repetir 😉. La cafetería estaba en una vieja casa de costa, decorada con azules mar y un toque casero en la decoración "do It yourself". Ubicada enfrente del mar. Servicio rápido y camarera muy agradable. 100% vegetariano. Hay mucho queso, como todos los vegetarianos, por eso es importante preguntar. La carta consistía en la elección de tres menús, los cuales ibas añadiendo alguna cosa más. Chocolate heaven!! Moist vegan chocolate cake, more on the dark chocolate side. The owners were so friendly and excited that we liked it.
