big salad

Perfect for when you wanna crunch a big ol bowl of fresh, raw veggies. The big salad has marinated tofu, avocado, quinoa, red pepp, tomato, cucumber, carrots and hemp hearts. Gonna be my go-to salad on hot summer days 🌞🥗

wasn’t as jazzed on this as i hoped i would be. maybe i got the wrong dressing. had the house dressing and it was kinda oily or something that wasn’t my vibe. tofu cubes were kinda meh and cold, but probably didn’t want them to be warm either? guess i don’t know what i want lol in conclusion i think this just wasn’t what i was looking for on this day but i certainly wouldn’t say it was bad. might try it again with different dressing but tbh probably nah.
