This restaurant’s #chefspecial of bhindi do pyaz was a #flavorful #vegan experience. 😋💚 Some main ingredients in the #plantbased #curry were #stirfry #okra, #onion 🧅, and #tomato 🍅, which are some versatile #vegetables and a great source of #vitaminc and #antioxidants. 🏥 I think okra gets a bit of a bad reputation or being slimy, but this okra was well-cooked and quite crisp at the edges, and the #spices added a wonderful flavor.
