Beyond Veggie Fried Rice

Not quite sure why I’m always hesitant to have them for #takeout cause they’re often quite good 😋 I’d still rather the petai fried rice but this is good too for an all round amazing fried rice. They seemed to have switched from paper boxes to tupperware & a biodegradable bag 🤷‍♀️ The rice is fried with bits of chopped up carrots & legumes, and served with some #achar, keropok, & a hericium mushroom satay. Overall a good blend of ingredients though I do admit to slathering the whole thing with sambal because I have no impulse control 🤪 #tiledreview
