Beetroot Hummus Toast

This was disappointing. It’s not to first time I had this, but the first time it wasn’t good. The hummus was normal hummus, not beetroot. I had smashed avos and cherry tomatoes AND more avo on it…. Not too flavourful this time so quite disappointed. I am not 100% sure, but I think it was supposed to come with mushrooms which were nowhere to be seen. I guess I should have said something to them….

Also tasty and a bit bigger for the price than the avo toast. It's nice that they have so many options or substitutions
