Beef Noodles

This is a special dish they have on Fri to Sun so I thought why not? Really #spoiltforchoice here and the staff was very friendly and went the extra mile to ensure this is vegan. It is a pretty rich dish I would say, I'd prefer something a little milder. There are a few pieces of sour plum I'm not sure but it was sour and I didn't like it, luckily just a little bit. Intense sour things shouldn't be put into noodles I feel, the sourness is too much. I felt that the pieces of gourd had soaked up too much flavour so they tasted strong and sourish I'd prefer not so strong. Nice they gave a lot of vegetables, making it healthy and natural. Very delicious mock meat but I think it was cooked in the soup for too long such that it lost some of its flavour inside. Soup could be more diluted so less strong. This place is priced slightly more than similar restaurants, this dish was $8.80.

My favourite vegan beef noodle dish because when I taste this it takes me back to my childhood when I had my first bowl of beef noodles. Brings back memories with my family. #crf
