BBQ Short ‘Rib’ Taco

These were a winner, the jackfruit ribs were chewy an chunky. #vegantacos

The light wasn’t great so the photo doesn’t show how amazing the tacos really were. This one was made with jackfruit 'ribs', hickory smoked BBQ sauce, slaw, pink onions, pickled jalapeños, garlic mayo. Really nice.
