bbq short ‘rib’ burrito bowl

I was told the bbq ribs were made from jackfruit. They were pretty tasty, I dont think i’ve ever had ribs before, but these were really enjoyable. The rice was tasty, I liked the salsa verde and i really loved the pickled cabbage. You can add on a side of black beans, as I did and I recommend, they were cooked beautifully . There’s also a bit of sour cream on the side. In all it was a pretty awesome meal. And a pretty large portion as well, especially with the beans: i packed half home to enjoy for dinner the next day.
