Bao Buns

Kusaki is #100percentplantbased #japanese #restaurant tucked away near Brighton city centre. I LOVED these #baobuns! The steamed dough was flavourful, and perfectly soft and chewy. The fillings consisted of jackfruit glazed with delicious teriyaki sauce, crunchy pickled daikon, and cucumber, which were a great combination.
