Banh Canh Hap

Tried this vegan Vietnamese restaurant and oh boy was this dish delicious!!🤤 The dish is made of steamed thick udon noodles with organic tofu, seitan, various vegetables, lettuce and soy sauce. It’s given to you as shown in the picture and you have to mix it all up by adding the soy sauce yourself, which I think is great since you can decide if you wanna add the whole of it or not.
