Bangkok bowl

This dish consists of red coconut curry made with vegan ‘shrimp’ paste, brown rice, butternut squash, cashews and spiced mushrooms. The red coconut curry was creamy and it went well with the brown rice. Good chunks of oyster mushrooms given here. Felt that it lacked the flavours of a Thai dish. Paid: $10

One of the best vegan curries I've ever tried, love the cashews that add a varied texture :) Their other curries are really good too
