Baked Stuffed Aubergine

Wow this blew my mind. It was so delicious and tasty. The dish was so filling and yummy. The portion kind of looks small initially but is filling. I find that a lot of vegan food at restaurants can be bland or there is not a variety of spice. You will not be disappointed by this especially if you have a Cape Malay upbringing. I really would like to try their burger next time.

Wow this is so good! Lots of flavour and everything goes so well together. Lighting is a bit low so the photo isn't clear, but it looks as good as it tastes! Definitely a must try.
