Bahn Mi

This was our last meal in Paris - it’s all blurry jn my memory because we had just had three bottles of wine between the two of us 😆 it was a perfect day, and I just remember we happily devoured these sandwiches! #paris #veganparis #france #veganinfrance

🇫🇷🇻🇳 I don’t know much about bahn mi 🥪sandwiches except they are Vietnamese. This is my second vegan one and it was out of this 🚀world!! It was really warm and toasty. The bread was incredible and #glutenfree as were the mock meat pieces. There was also satay sauce, grated 🥕carrot, Chinese 🥬cabbage, 🥒cucumber, and 🌿coriander. Everything at this chain is vegan and gluten free. They are also #plasticfree and have amazing ethics it looks like. Paris and France are kicking off with a bang 💥this year! #allveganrestaurant #sandwich
