Bacon and Blue Salad

I've had this salad in a wrap before (you can do this for all their salads for $2 more), and I do generally prefer wraps, but this salad was really good and very flavorful and something lighter. The dressing was good, and it was even topped with #vegan fetta cheese. This salad had fresh tomatoes, chopped red onion, cucumber, and house made tempeh bacon. Their salads are a bit expensive, because they are about a medium sized portion, but they so use fresh and quality ingredients. #veganisnotscary #abillionlove #govegan #ditchdairy #recyclable #eattherainbow

This was a forced order for me. I never liked blue cheese but I wanted a healthy meal while also having something I hadn't reviewed yet, the #abilluonlove is real! That said I am so glad the want to review a dish forced this creature of habit to go outside her comfort zone. I REALLY liked this salad and will 100% order again. I had no intention of using the dressing but ended up using about half and mixing it in well. It is strong in flavor so that was plenty and added a nice addition to the salad.
