Babaganoush

I think other than the Koshari the only other decent dish in this place was the Babaganoush. Again not the best but definitely passable.

More watery than i expected. Not really into the texture & taste

Creamy eggplant goodness! Goes so well with the piping hot pita! This is what we need for every mediterranean meal! Delish! 😋
