B.E.S.T Breakfast Sandwich

So excited that we have a MeeT in Victoria now! So many amazing options! This was a Bacun, English muffin, Sausage & Tofu egg sandwich. It was good but I feel like I could make something very similar at home… next time I will choose something else.
