Avocado Toast (No Cheese)

For an upscale brunch spot in La Jolla, this menu was severely disappointing. They normally have a "Vegan Steamer Bowl" but with their adjusted "Mother's Day Menu" they were had no solely vegan options. This avo toast was pretty sad; the avocado was not seasoned at all, it didn't come with scallions as advertised on the menu, and the mint was a really weird addition that didn't seem to fit. The multi grain bread was good and that was it. Would definitely not go back and would not advise anyone vegan to seek it out.
