The magic is given by the seeds and mung beans plus sprinkle of lemon topping that ...pure perfection. JUST ONE CON; the dish is listed in the menu originally as vegetarian, cause topped with an egg eye, but you can easily veganize it asking to remove the sad eggo #veganisnotscary
